Your Tasks
Installation of windows and/or façades on projects in Germany;
Our Expectations
Individuals with at least 3 years of experience in window and/or façade installation;
Willing to undertake frequent business trips – work in Germany;
Efficiently manage their working time;

Knowledge of German is a plus;

Kierownik robót – montaż okien

Miejsce pracy: Niemcy

Do młodego, ambitnego zespołu montażystów okien na terenie Niemiec poszukujemy kierowników robót. Budujemy organizację, której największą siłą są ludzie.

Twoje zadania
nadzór nad procesami montażowymi;
zapewnienie optymalnego przebiegu procesu montażowymi zgodnie z obowiązującymi standardami;
monitorowanie wydajności;
zarządzanie podległym zespołem pracowników (6-12 osób), w tym szkolenia i motywowanie pracowników;
rozwiązywanie problemów montażowych;
raportowanie osiąganych wyników;
przestrzeganie standardów, procedur i instrukcji montażowych;
montaż okien;
bieżący kontakt z przedstawicielem klienta;
kreowanie kultury pracy opartej na wartościach firmy takich jak: uczciwość szacunek zaufanie zaangażowanie i dyscyplina.
Nasze oczekiwania
wykształcenie średnie techniczne;
co najmniej 2 lata doświadczenia przy montażu okien;
znajomość języka niemieckiego w stopniu bardzo dobrym;
doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne;
dyspozycyjność oraz umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu;
praca w następujących cyklach: 3 tygodnie – budowa Niemcy, 1 tydzień – przerwa (pobyt w domu);
umiejętność adaptacji i elastyczność w działaniu;
własna działalność gospodarcza;
orientacja na cel, chęć rozwoju i zdobywania wiedzy;
